What does FRANsys do?FRANsys is an online system which supports operational and non-operational Fire & Rescue Service professionals in the completion, storage and analysis of their appraisal as well as what training has been requested and completed. It allows professionals to have their training and appraisal portfolios with them wherever they are, to have access to previous years' records and to plan, apply and sign-up for training events at their convenience. It also aims to raise the profile of the valuable training and career progression requests of these dedicated people. FRANsys also compiles and analyses training and appraisal data across areas and stations to give area HR departments instant access to essential information about their personnel. We believe that technology should always lighten the load rather than being an unnecessary encumbrance; therefore, FRANsys has been specifically designed to be simple and intuitive to use for everyone - no-matter their skill level. Because FRANsys is web-based, it means that the system requires no technical administration from your perspective whatsoever. The system can be accessed from anywhere by any device with an internet connection, so it's convenient and makes each user's information completely portable.
