What does FRANsys do?

FRANsys is an online system which supports operational and non-operational Fire & Rescue Service professionals in the completion, storage and analysis of their appraisal as well as what training has been requested and completed. It allows professionals to have their training and appraisal portfolios with them wherever they are, to have access to previous years' records and to plan, apply and sign-up for training events at their convenience. It also aims to raise the profile of the valuable training and career progression requests of these dedicated people.

FRANsys also compiles and analyses training and appraisal data across areas and stations to give area HR departments instant access to essential information about their personnel.
